powerlog

This is a simple time-based PC power consumption estimator and logger.
After started it will stay in the system tray and report the system uptime and the total energy cost of the current session.
Since in my country we have 2 time zone tariffs for the electricity supply the icon will change accondingly to them.

If you leave the program opened when you shutdown the system it will save the current session uptime in a file named _Year-Month-uptime_win.csv.
The program is fully "portable" as it only saves this log in the exe dir.
You can customize some settings by editing powerlog.cfg.
